Tabetha also spent 7 years running a successful human capital consulting and executive coaching organization.
Today, Tabetha is the head of the Talent Growth & Development for KAR Global and their subsidiaries. Tabetha leads a team of dedicated and talented global talent professionals that develop and grow 10,000 employees and leaders worldwide. She is known for her innovative approach to learning and performance, rallying a team to a common mission and purpose and creating an global learning culture where people can be their best.
Tabetha's success moves beyond leading talent development organzations, to public speaking, providing executive coaching, facilitating strategic planning, and coaching teams through performance turnarounds. She holds learning credentials from the University of Washington, is a master facilitator, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Organizational Development Professional and Certified ROI practitioner.
Tabetha has been married to her wonderful husband Bill for 33-years. Bill is an Elite Mindset coach and leads Elite Mindset Lab an organization that helps elite athletes and leaders with the mental game. Bill and Tabetha have an exciting life with two wonderful daughters and a pup Dottie.
